Who we are

This website is operated by MILMAGNET S.R.L., trading as Wayne Commerce, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J12/628/10.02.2023, fiscal code RO50676859, with its address at Strada Avram Iancu 28, Cluj-Napoca, Romania (“Wayne Commerce”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

We only collect the data we need:

• Demo requests. When you fill in the form on our Book a demo page, we receive your work email, first and last name, job title, company, industry, company size, country and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
• Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
• Your cookie choice. We store the choice you make in our cookie banner in your browser, so we do not ask again on every page. See our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your demo request and talk with you about our services, at your request, before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to follow up afterwards on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To operate, maintain and secure this website, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• For statistics or marketing, only if you allow it in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). At the moment we do not run any analytics or marketing tools on this website.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf or deliver parts of the website:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes technical data and demo requests on our behalf.
• Google (Google Workspace) stores the demo requests you send us, in a spreadsheet only our team can access.
• Framer B.V. delivers the fonts used on this website; your browser requests them directly, which shares your IP address with Framer.
• Unsplash delivers some of the photographs on this website; your browser requests them directly, which shares your IP address with Unsplash.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to public authorities.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or use infrastructure in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

How long we keep it

• Demo requests: for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a business relationship follows, in which case the relevant contract terms apply.
• Technical logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider, after which they are deleted.
• Your cookie choice: in your browser until you change it or clear your browser’s storage.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in the country where you live or work.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
